Bigg Boss 18: Arfeen Khan’s Emotional Farewell Turns Fiery, Refuses Handshake with Avinash Mishra

November 11, 2024: In an intense and emotional episode of Bigg Boss 18, contestant Arfeen Khan bid farewell to the house in a dramatic eviction that left everyone on edge. As he prepared to leave, Arfeen had one last message to convey, specifically aimed at Avinash Mishra, whom he refused to shake hands with, calling him “one of the meanest men” he had ever met.

The episode began with an emotional outpouring as Arfeen’s wife, Sara, struggled to cope with his elimination. Sara was devastated, especially since his exit coincided with her birthday, making the moment even more heartbreaking for her. Overwhelmed by emotion, she clung to Arfeen, not wanting to let him go, while expressing disbelief over his sudden eviction.

As Arfeen moved towards the exit, most housemates gathered around to bid him farewell, but Avinash, along with Alice Kaushik and Eisha Singh, chose to remain seated on a bench, a move that added fuel to an already tense situation. After a while, Alice suggested they should at least stand near Arfeen out of respect, but Eisha remarked that when Avinash had faced eviction earlier, Sara hadn’t shown similar empathy.

Sara, already emotional, lashed out, calling Avinash and his friends “mean people” and expressed her desire to leave the house, accusing them of orchestrating events in their favor. In a heated exchange, she urged Avinash and his friends to celebrate her husband’s departure and sarcastically invited them to laugh. Overcome with frustration, she even went as far as apologising by touching their feet, despite her anger.

As Arfeen prepared to leave, he took a moment to say a heartfelt goodbye to Rajat Dalal, his close confidant in the house. He asked Rajat to look after Sara, and Rajat promised to “take revenge” on her behalf. Arfeen also shared a parting message about Sara, defending her honour and clarifying that she was not a “bad girl” as she had been portrayed. He emphasised that she had joined the show only for him and condemned the image others had created of her.

As Arfeen left, Avinash responded, attempting to defend his actions, saying, “Nobody is bad in the Bigg Boss house, but the situation makes them bad people.” Digvijay quickly interjected, advising Avinash to stay silent out of respect for Arfeen’s final moments.
