‘Black, White & Gray – Love Kills’ Trailer Out: A Gripping Mockumentary That Blurs the Lines Between Guilt and Justice

Starring Mayur More and Tigmanshu Dhulia, the crime drama explores murder, morality, and media in a thought-provoking thriller set to premiere on Sony LIV on May 2

Mumbai, April 14: The trailer of Sony LIV’s upcoming original series ‘Black, White & Gray – Love Kills’ has just dropped — and it’s already turning heads for its bold storytelling and raw intensity.

Directed by Pushkar Sunil Mahabalm and backed by producers Swaroop Sampat and Hemal A. Thakkar, the mockumentary-style crime drama stars Mayur More, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Palak Jaiswal, and Deven Bhojani, among others. The series is set to premiere on May 2 on Sony LIV.

A Crime Story That Challenges Morality

The show revolves around Daniel Gary, a relentless investigative journalist, who is chasing a trail of seemingly connected murders, all pointing to one mysterious figure — a young man from a marginalized background. As Daniel inches closer to the truth, he finds himself entangled in a disturbing web of corruption, social inequality, and patriarchal power structures, all while confronting the murky divide between justice and judgment.

A press note describes the story as one that “blurs the lines between guilt and innocence while unraveling the complexities of truth and justice.”

Mayur More: “This role left me shaken”

Mayur More, known for his nuanced performances, plays a pivotal role in this morally layered thriller.

“Being a part of Black, White and Gray – Love Kills has been one of my career’s most intense and eye-opening journeys. This mockumentary pulls you into a gripping crime story and leaves you grappling with deeper questions,” said More.

“My character comes from a world where choices are scarce and consequences are unforgiving. It’s raw, emotional, and deeply personal. I hope the audience connects with the layers we’ve tried to portray,” he added.

An Ensemble Cast, Real-World Parallels

The series features a diverse ensemble, including Edward Sonnenblick, Hakkim Shahjahan, Anant Jog, and Kamlesh Sawant, offering a layered portrayal of individuals caught in a society where black-and-white morality no longer holds.

As the trailer promises intense performances and a story that pushes the boundaries of genre and ethics, Black, White & Gray – Love Kills is gearing up to be one of the most talked-about releases on Sony LIV this year.
