Brad Pitt Purchases Spanish-Style Home in Hollywood Hills In This Whoopping Amount

Oscar-winning actor Brad Pitt has purchased a Spanish-style residence in the exclusive Outpost Estates of Hollywood Hills for a cool $12 million, acquiring the property from The Killers’ lead guitarist, Dave Keuning.

August 6, 2025: Brad Pitt, a famous actor, is adding to his real estate empire by buying a beautiful Spanish-style mansion in Los Angeles for $12 million. The property is in the exclusive Outpost Estates of Hollywood Hills and was bought from Dave Keuning, the main guitarist of the American rock band The Killers.

The deal, which was first reported by The Wall Street Journal, adds to Pitt’s already enormous real estate portfolio. Keuning and his wife Emilie bought the house in 2021 for $9.6 million. It was completed in 1989. They oversaw a lot of work on the house before selling it to Pitt for well under the original asking price of about $14 million.

The actor has made a lot of big real estate transactions lately, and this is the latest one. In 2023, he sold his long-time Los Feliz compound for $33 million. Over the years, he had bought more than 20 nearby houses to make it his own. He bought a mid-century-style house in the same location for $5.5 million that same year. In 2022, he also bought a record-breaking $40 million property in the Carmel Highlands.
