Brad Pitt's F1 Crosses $60 Million In Just 3 Days: Can It Zoom Past $150 Million This Weekend?
Hollywood, June 30, 2025 —Brad Pitt’s much-hyped motorsport drama F1 has roared off the starting line with a strong $64.5 million global collection in its first three days. Directed by Top Gun: Maverick helmer Joseph Kosinski, the film is exceeding projections and eyeing a massive milestone by the end of its extended 5-day opening run.

Released on Wednesday, June 25 in select international markets and expanding across North America by Friday, June 27, F1 is now on track for a $55–65 million domestic weekend and a $135–155 million global take by the end of its 5-day launch period.
Despite being a sports drama, a genre with traditionally niche appeal, F1 has managed to find traction with both casual and core audiences, thanks in part to its slick visuals, thrilling race sequences, and Brad Pitt’s charisma.
With a reported budget exceeding $200 million, the pressure is on. F1 needs a robust hold in Week 2 and beyond to achieve breakeven and profitability. A $150 million opening weekend would set a solid foundation, but long-term success will hinge on repeat viewership and international momentum.
