Brad Pitt’s F1 Leaves Deepika Padukone Starstruck — Again
June 29, 2025: Bollywood star Deepika Padukone couldn’t hold back her admiration for Brad Pitt after the release of his latest high-octane drama F1. Taking to Instagram, she posted a cheeky story that read, “Brad Pitt. That’s it, that’s the post. IYKYK,” sparking a wave of fan excitement across social media.
F1, which hit global theatres on June 27, has already zoomed into the hearts of fans and critics alike. Directed by Joseph Kosinski (Top Gun: Maverick) and produced by racing legend Lewis Hamilton and Hollywood mogul Jerry Bruckheimer, the film follows Sonny Hayes (played by Brad Pitt), a retired Formula One driver pulled back onto the track after a 30-year hiatus.

The movie’s authenticity has impressed motorsport fans, thanks to Hamilton’s involvement, while Hans Zimmer’s powerful soundtrack—featuring Ed Sheeran, ROSÉ, and RAYE—perfectly revs up the emotional tempo.
Pitt shares screen space with a stellar cast including Damson Idris, Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, and Tobias Menzies. Bardem plays Ruben Cervantes, Sonny’s former teammate turned team owner, who coaxes him back into the fast lane to save a struggling F1 team.
As Sonny attempts a comeback, he must also team up with rising star Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) and confront long-buried demons. With blistering speed, emotional stakes, and cinematic spectacle, F1 is proving to be a global hit—and Deepika is clearly all in.
