Brianna LaPaglia Turns Down $12M NDA as Zach Bryan Airs Private Texts
July 15, 2025: Barstool Sports star Brianna LaPaglia and country singer Zach Bryan’s breakup has taken a jaw-dropping public turn, with both sides airing private messages and shocking accusations online. On July 14, Bryan, 29, shared—and swiftly deleted—screenshots on Instagram Stories showing emotional texts allegedly sent by LaPaglia, 26, after their 2024 split. In one heartfelt message, she admitted she’d “never forget the love” they shared, added that she never cared about his fame or money, and asked him to look after their pets, cat Stump and dog Jack.

But the drama quickly escalated.Bryan posted a second screenshot—allegedly from LaPaglia to a third party—listing three “post-breakup options”:
LaPaglia clapped back almost immediately. In a now-viral post, she called out Bryan for posting at 7 a.m., joking, “Boy is blackout again—shocker.” She then shared a message she says came from Bryan’s manager, laying out NDA terms offering her $10–13 million or a luxury home in return for silence about cheating claims, emotional abuse, and even a secret recording by her friend Grace O’Malley.
The deal also included restrictions on her involvement with Barstool founder Dave Portnoy and instructions to publicly “deflect” any rumors.
But LaPaglia says she walked away from the money because “I have morals.” She claims she was offered nearly $13 million to stay quiet—but refused.
Though she hasn’t released recordings or proof of abuse, she’s spoken candidly about their toxic relationship since their November 2024 split. At the time, she moved out of Bryan’s $7.45 million waterfront Duxbury mansion and returned to New York City.
Now, she’s finding peace in a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex penthouse on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The 1,269-square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a private rooftop, multiple terraces for her dog Boston, an elevator that opens directly into the unit, and a glass-walled primary suite.
“I feel like me again,” she said in a TikTok tour of her new place. “I might cry.”
Her new home, last listed for $12,750/month, is described as a “penthouse sanctuary”—and for LaPaglia, it’s clearly more than just an apartment. It’s a reset.
