Later, at the Balmain show, Cardi was spotted front row next to France’s First Lady, Brigitte Macron. Since giving birth, Cardi has quickly jumped back into her fitness routine. On September 15, she shared that her postpartum regimen consists of 30 minutes of cardio on the StairMaster, while she avoids heavy lifting or muscle strain.

She addressed online scrutiny regarding her weight journey and lifestyle choices, stating, “This is my third baby, and postpartum is a little different from my first two… I’m not doing heavy lifting… just cardio.”
