The anticipation for Jr NTR’s much-awaited film ‘Devara – Part 1’ continues to build with the release of a new, intense poster shared by the makers.

On Friday, the official Instagram handle of NTR Arts treated fans to a captivating visual of Jr NTR standing near the sea, blood surrounding him as he gazes away from the camera, evoking a sense of mystery and power. The poster was accompanied by the caption, “Prepare to sail into the depths of fear in all its glory. The sea tells tales of blood and courage on 27.09.24,” teasing a thrilling experience ahead.

‘Devara – Part 1’, directed by Koratala Siva, promises to be an action-packed drama. The recently released trailer, which was unveiled at a star-studded event in Mumbai, set the stage for an epic storyline filled with conflict, power struggles, and emotional undertones. Jr NTR plays dual roles, portraying Devara and Varadha, pivotal characters in a coastal backdrop rife with tension and dynamic power shifts.

The trailer, lasting two minutes and 39 seconds, hints at an intense face-off between Jr NTR’s character and Saif Ali Khan, who plays Bhaira, a formidable kushti (wrestling) expert whose world is shaken by Jr NTR’s arrival. It suggests a gripping plot filled with strategy and conflict, with Bhaira’s character crafting an elaborate plan to subdue the man who instills fear in them.

Janhvi Kapoor stars as Thangam, adding emotional depth to the narrative as she portrays a village belle caught in a romantic subplot with Jr NTR’s son, who is temperamental yet likely to face crucial challenges. The film’s cast also features Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Tom Shine Chacko, and Narain in key roles.

Produced by Kosaraju Hari Krishna and Sudhakar Mikkilineni under NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram presenting the film, ‘Devara: Part 1’ is set to release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, on September 27, 2024.
