Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 53: Vicky Kaushal's Historic Saga Collects Over ₹598 Crores
April 7, 2025: As per early estimates, the film has collected ₹598.62 crore in India net over its 53-day journey, with earnings expected to cross the ₹600 crore threshold within the next 48 hours.
Directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Maddock Films, the film struck a chord with audiences across regions, with the majority of the collections driven by the Hindi version. The Telugu dubbed version also contributed in the later stages of its run.
Chhaava is a fictionalised retelling of the Maratha warrior Sambhaji Maharaj’s battles, brought to life with grandeur, gripping action, and emotional depth. Alongside Kaushal and Mandanna, the cast features Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, and Divya Dutta.

While its weekday numbers have naturally declined over time, weekend bumps and word-of-mouth have sustained Chhaava as a box office juggernaut, especially among historical film lovers.
With Jaat releasing soon and competition increasing, Chhaava‘s box office run may soon enter its final leg. However, it has already cemented itself as one of the biggest Bollywood blockbusters of 2025.
