Kalanithi Maran made the movie Coolie, which was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, under the Sun Pictures label. The movie made the most money of any Tamil movie in 2025, and it was also the fourth most money-making Tamil movie ever. It is also the third Indian movie this year that made the most money.
