Mumbai’s Sessions Court has upheld the conviction of Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi in a 2005 parking dispute assault case while modifying his sentence. Although initially sentenced to one-year simple imprisonment, the court granted him relief under the Probation of Offenders Act, allowing his release on a bond of good behaviour.
