Crazxy Box Office Collection Day 4: Sohum Shah’s Thriller Faces Monday Blues with 52% Drop
Sohum Shah’s latest thriller, Crazxy, which opened to decent reviews, has hit a rough patch at the box office. The film saw a 52% drop in earnings on its fourth day, struggling to sustain against the massive wave of Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava.
On Monday (Day 4), Crazxy earned ₹67 lakh, bringing its total domestic collection to ₹4.42 crore. According to industry estimates, the film needed a stronger weekend haul of ₹5 crore to establish its footing.
🔹 Opening Day Collection: ₹1 crore
🔹 Total Collection After 4 Days: ₹4.42 crore
🔹 Monday Drop: 52%
With limited star power and niche appeal, Crazxy was always a risky bet at the box office. However, positive word-of-mouth and Sohum Shah’s performance could still give the film a lifeline in the coming days.
Directed by Girish Kohli, Crazxy follows Dr. Abhimanyu Sood (Sohum Shah) in a race against time to rescue his kidnapped daughter. The film blends intense psychological drama with gripping action, appealing primarily to thriller enthusiasts.
With Chhaava dominating the box office, Crazxy has struggled to capture mainstream audiences. John Abraham’s The Diplomat and upcoming Eid releases could further impact its earnings.
