While the Telugu version contributed a steady ₹5.60 crore, the Hindi dubbed version struggled to make a mark, bringing in only ₹90 lakh. Despite the decent pre-release buzz surrounding the fresh pairing of Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur, the film failed to witness the expected surge during evening and night shows, likely dampened by early negative reviews.
Market analysts note that Dacoit has struggled to outperform Adivi Sesh’s previous hit, HIT: The Second Case, which opened to ₹6.40 crore in the Telugu market alone.
