In a shocking court filing on July 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Phypers, 49, claimed that Denise, 54, earns more than $250,000 per month through her OnlyFans, television appearances, and brand deals. Meanwhile, he alleges he has been without income since 2024, when he shut down his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club.

- Rent: ₹18,000
- Utilities: ₹8,000

- Phone Bill: ₹500
- Entertainment, Gifts & Vacations: ₹15,000
- Childcare: ₹7,000
In total: $105,000 per month, and according to Phypers, nothing spent on savings, insurance, or charity.

Phypers cited “irreconcilable differences” and listed July 4 as the official separation date. He’s also requesting a 50/50 split of their joint business venture, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment.
