July-8, 2025: Los Angeles — Hollywood actress and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards is making headlines not for her latest screen role, but for the jaw-dropping monthly expenses revealed in her ongoing divorce from husband Aaron Phypers.
In a shocking court filing on July 7 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Phypers, 49, claimed that Denise, 54, earns more than $250,000 per month through her OnlyFans, television appearances, and brand deals. Meanwhile, he alleges he has been without income since 2024, when he shut down his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club.

Phypers, who is also seeking spousal support, outlined the couple’s staggering monthly expenses for their household of three — which includes Denise’s adopted daughter Eloise:
In total: $105,000 per month, and according to Phypers, nothing spent on savings, insurance, or charity.
Phypers cited “irreconcilable differences” and listed July 4 as the official separation date. He’s also requesting a 50/50 split of their joint business venture, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment.
