Devotional Singer Hansraj Raghuwanshi Offers Prayer At Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga On Mahashivratri

February 26, 2025: Popular devotional singer Hansraj Raghuwanshi visited the Shri Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple in Ujjain on the occasion of Maha Shivratri to seek blessings from Lord Shiva. Accompanied by his wife, Komal Saklani, the singer, known for his bhakti songs such as Mera Bhola Hai Bhandari, Bhole, and Mahadeva, marked the occasion with a sacred visit to one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas.

Dressed in a yellow kurta and a saffron shawl, Hansraj expressed his devotion to Lord Shiva and took part in prayers, thanking Mahakal for his blessings. The singer shared his gratitude, saying, “Mahakal has always blessed me. I prayed that the blessings continue. May Mahakal keep everyone happy.” Hansraj even sang a few lines from his popular devotional song, Shiv Sama Rahe, during the interaction.

Before visiting Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, Hansraj and Komal had offered prayers at the Omkareshwar Temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Khandwa district. In a series of photos shared by Komal on Instagram, Hansraj is seen pouring water on the Shiva Lingam as part of his offerings.

In addition to his visit, Hansraj announced that he would be performing live at the Ujjain Dussehra Ground as part of Vikramotsav 2025 on Maha Shivratri. The event promises to be a spiritual celebration for his fans in Ujjain.
