Dhanush Surprises Crowd at AR Rahman’s Mumbai Concert with Live Rendition of ‘Adangaatha Asuran’
May 4, 2025: Actor Dhanush surprised fans with an unexpected appearance at AR Rahman’s concert in Mumbai on Saturday, joining the Oscar-winning composer live on stage during the Mumbai leg of The Wonderment tour.
Dhanush, taking a break from his busy schedule, received a rousing welcome as he walked on stage, dressed in a blue shirt and matching trousers. Fans erupted in cheers as the actor waved and expressed his gratitude. He also thanked AR Rahman before the two performed a live rendition of “Adangaatha Asuran” — a track from Dhanush’s 2024 directorial venture Raayan.
The performance quickly went viral on social media, with videos and pictures capturing the electrifying moment. Later, Dhanush posted a photo with Rahman on Instagram, captioning it:
