August 13, 2025: There were reports that Bollywood star Aamir Khan charged a huge ₹20 crore for his cameo in the upcoming movie Coolie. However, a fresh report says that he did not charge anything for the role. Sources say that Aamir’s 15-minute appearance as the character Dahaa is a sign of “love and respect” for his co-star, the great Rajinikanth.

Aamir himself said in an interview why he didn’t think twice about taking the part. He added at a recent launch event, “The moment I found out it was Coolie and Rajini Sir’s film… for the first time in many, many years, I said yes to a film without hearing the script or anything.”

The action thriller, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is one of the year’s most anticipated movies. Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, and Sathyaraj, among others, are in the movie together with a lot of other famous people.
