Diljit Dosanjh Proudly Shows Off Indian Flag During Delhi Dil-Luminati Concert

October 27, 2024: Diljit Dosanjh’s return to India for the launch of his Dil-Luminati Tour at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi was nothing short of spectacular.

The concert kicked off with roaring cheers from fans as Diljit proudly waved the Indian flag after his opening number. Dressed in all black, he delivered high-energy performances of popular tracks like “Born to Shine,” “GOAT,” and “Do You Know.”

Expressing his joy at being back home, Diljit shared, “Banda jitthe marji jaa ave, jitthe marji show laa ave, jado apne ghare aunda hai, taa khushi taa hondi hai right…” which resonated deeply with the audience, prompting thunderous applause.

Fans lined up outside the stadium long before the concert began, and social media buzzed with excitement. Comments ranged from “Goosebumps paji!!” to comparisons to Michael Jackson, showcasing the anticipation surrounding the event. Prior to the concert, Diljit visited Bangla Sahib Gurudwara to offer prayers and seek blessings, highlighting his connection to his roots.

After an extensive international tour, his enthusiasm was palpable as he teased the Delhi concert on Instagram, referencing the city’s weather. The Dil-Luminati Tour is set to continue across India, hitting cities like Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Pune.

On the cinematic front, Diljit recently announced his role in “Border 2,” alongside Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan, with filming starting in November. The excitement for both his musical and film projects promises an eventful year ahead for the artist.
