Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh shared warm wishes on the joyous occasion of Baisakhi, expressing heartfelt sentiments with his fans. Posting on Instagram, he wrote, “Vaisakhi Dian Sari Sangat Nu Lakh Lakh Mubarkan.”

In a delightful gesture, Diljit also treated fans to a glimpse of his visit to a Gurudwara in Mumbai. Adorned in a traditional white kurta pyjama, Diljit was captured offering prayers with a serene demeanor.

Meanwhile, Diljit’s stellar performance in the film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila,’ helmed by Imtiaz Ali, has been garnering widespread acclaim. The movie delves deep into the life and legacy of the iconic Punjabi artist, with Diljit portraying the singer and Parineeti Chopra essaying the role of his wife, Amarjot.

Director Imtiaz Ali reflected on the poignant journey of bringing Amar Singh Chamkila’s story to the silver screen, stating, “The life and times of Chamkila raised important questions for society but ultimately it is a celebration of the life of an artist, the story of a musician who could never give up his first love – music.”
