Dino Morea celebrated Christmas with PM Modi

At his home in the nation’s capital on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a unique Christmas programme. Christmas celebration luncheon attended by several Christian community members. On Christmas, PM Modi also had a meeting with actor Dino Morea. Dino posted photos from the special meeting on Instagram along with the caption, “This year’s Christmas lunch was lovely. Thank you for inviting us to your home for a delicious Christmas lunch, Sir, the Honourable Prime Minister, @narendramodi ji. It has been a truly memorable experience to meet you, hear you speak, and see what a gracious host you are. Many thanks, Sir.”

In his speech to the Christian community, Prime Minister Modi stated that the central themes of Jesus Christ’s life are kindness and service. “We commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ on Christmas Day. This is also an opportunity to reflect on the lessons and principles he lived by. He worked to create an inclusive society where everyone was treated fairly and embodied the values of kindness and service. These principles are serving as a beacon of hope for our nation’s development,” Prime Minister Modi stated. In addition, Prime Minister Modi recognised the numerous leaders and thinkers of higher learning and commended the Christian community’s contributions to the freedom movement.

He emphasised that Gandhiji had stated that Sushil Kumar Rudra, the principal of St. Stephen’s College, had given support to the Non-Cooperation Movement’s conception. He emphasised the vital role that the Christian community plays in guiding society and brought up his active involvement in charitable work that benefits the underprivileged and impoverished. He also mentioned their contributions to the fields of healthcare and education. Christmas is a yearly celebration on December 25th that honours the birth of Jesus Christ.
