Disha Patani House Firing: Delhi Police Arrest Two Juveniles Linked To Attempted Attack

In a significant development, two juveniles allegedly recruited via social media by the Goldy Brar gang have been apprehended by Delhi Police for the attempted attack on Disha Patani’s home.

September 19, 2025: The Delhi Police’s counter-intelligence unit has detained two additional gunmen connected to the Goldy Brar gang in a big step forward in the probe into the shooting at actor Disha Patani‘s Bareilly bungalow. The arrests happened only a few days after two other people who were charged in the same case were slain in a police shootout in Ghaziabad. All four of the shooters engaged in the incident are now either dead or in police custody, thanks to these two fresh arrests.

Police say that the two people who were arrested are minors who had bounties on their heads. They were caught after being seen on CCTV footage filling up their car at a gas station. The counterintelligence squad is presently questioning them.

The arrests came after a joint operation by the Delhi Police Special Cell and the Haryana and Uttar Pradesh Special Task Forces (STF) that killed two more shooters, Ravinda alias Kallu and Arun. Both were part of the Goldy Brar-Rohit Godara gang and were shot and killed in Tronica City, Ghaziabad, on Wednesday night. A later inquiry found that the guns used in the shooting were Turkish-made and had been smuggled from Pakistan. The identical model had been used to kill mobster Atiq Ahmed and singer Sidhu Moosewala before.

On September 12, four gunmen on two motorcycles shot at Patani’s family residence in Bareilly. The Goldy Brar gang took credit for the incident on social media, saying it was in response to comments that were said to have insulted a religious figure. No one was hurt in the shooting, which is a good thing.

The arrests are a big step forward in the case, and they send a strong message to organized crime groups that law enforcement will act quickly to stop them from trying to scare people.
