‘Dosa King’: ‘Vettaiyan Director TJ Gnanavel Set To Bring Next Film

The upcoming film Dosa King, directed by TJ Gnanavel, is set to be an exciting and hard-hitting cinematic experience inspired by real-life events.

Gnanavel, best known for his highly anticipated Vettaiyan starring Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, will collaborate with Junglee Pictures to tell the dramatic story of the rise and fall of P. Rajagopal, the founder of Saravana Bhavan, one of the largest restaurant chains globally, and his clash with Jeevajothi, the woman who courageously stood up against him.

Dosa King will explore themes of ambition, power, justice, and systemic corruption through a gripping crime-thriller narrative. Gnanavel’s personal connection to the story, having followed it during his time as a journalist, will bring authenticity to the portrayal of these events. The collaboration with screenwriter Hemanth Rao ensures the script is thoroughly researched, adding depth and nuance to the characters and their circumstances.

The film, produced by Junglee Pictures, is expected to offer not only high-octane drama but also a commercial appeal, blending the thrilling story with Gnanavel’s meticulous direction. With casting to begin soon, production is slated to start shortly, making Dosa King one of the most awaited projects in Indian cinema.
