In a startling revelation, TV personality Dr. Phil McGraw has warned that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West could both lose custody of their four children amid the rapper’s increasingly erratic behavior and the former couple’s ongoing legal drama.
Appearing on TMZ’s 2 Angry Men podcast, Dr. Phil addressed the current speculation that Kim is considering seeking sole custody of her children: North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). The concern follows Kanye’s recent controversial social media tirades and the release of a new song featuring North’s vocals.

McGraw emphasized that if the Department of Children and Families (DCF) believes one parent is unstable and the other isn’t reacting adequately, the state could step in—regardless of wealth or status.

“If the DCF gets involved and thinks one parent isn’t reacting while the other is unstable, they will take them,” he added. “Money doesn’t shield kids from the system.”
The veteran talk show host warned that if neither Kim nor Kanye takes responsible steps soon, their children could end up in foster care. While placement with family members is likely in such cases, Dr. Phil stressed, “You don’t want these children left hanging out to dry.”
This warning follows TMZ’s earlier report that Kim is contemplating stripping Kanye of joint legal custody after he used daughter North’s vocals in his latest song without her consent. The move reignited concerns over Kanye’s parental judgment and decision-making.
