According to a recent disclosure filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) by Panorama Studios International Ltd., Drishyam 3 is officially in development — and yes, Ajay Devgn is reprising his iconic role as Vijay Salgaonkar. The film will once again be directed by Abhishek Pathak, who previously helmed the massive 2022 hit Drishyam 2.

While an official public announcement is yet to be made, the formal regulatory filing under SEBI Regulation 30 has already created a storm of excitement on social media. A fan shared a screenshot of the letter on X (formerly Twitter), causing the news to go viral instantly.

“It’s not that easy… We are in the process of that. We don’t want to disappoint you,” Mohanlal said, adding that it remains the “most secret thing” at the moment.

Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn’s latest release, Raid 2, continues to shine at the box office. Directed by Rajkumar Gupta, the film has collected an impressive ₹157.9 crore nett in India within 24 days of its theatrical run, as per sacnilk.com. The gripping sequel has held strong despite facing stiff competition from Mission: Impossible 8, The Final Destination: Bloodlines, and Bhool Chuk Maaf.

🎬 When & Where to Watch on OTT?

According to OTTPlay, Netflix has bagged the digital rights to Raid 2. If it follows the standard 60-day window for digital releases, the film is expected to drop on the streaming platform by late June or early July 2025. However, an official confirmation from the makers is still awaited.
