April 29, 2025: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is making headlines again, this time for sharing a set of pictures from a relaxing swim, even as he grapples with the aftermath of a tragic event in Kashmir.

On Monday, Salman took to Instagram, posting three pictures of himself lounging in a pool, posing for the camera with a bare upper body. His playful caption referenced a classic Bollywood moment, with lines from the song ‘Eello Ji Sanam Hum Aa Gaye’ from the 1994 cult classic Andaz Apna Apna, which was recently re-released. Salman’s caption read:
“Eello ji sanam hum aa gaye…………. Ab itna bhi gussa karo nahin jaani.”

This light-hearted post comes amidst a time of grief for the actor, who has been deeply affected by the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

In response to the tragic events in Kashmir, Salman made the difficult decision to postpone his highly anticipated UK tour, The Bollywood Big One, which was originally scheduled for May 4th and 5th in Manchester and London. The show, which features an ensemble cast of stars including Sara Ali Khan, Tiger Shroff, Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Kriti Sanon, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, and Maniesh Paul, has been delayed in light of the recent attack.

Salman posted the official poster of the event with the word “postponed” stamped across it, addressing his fans with a heartfelt message. In his caption, he expressed deep sorrow over the attack, stating:

“In light of the recent tragic events in Kashmir, and with profound sadness, we have taken the difficult decision to request the promoters to postpone The Bollywood Big One shows, originally scheduled for May 4th and 5th in Manchester and London.”

Salman acknowledged the disappointment his fans might feel but emphasized the importance of pausing the tour during this time of grief:

“We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your understanding and support. New dates for the shows will be announced shortly.”

The attack has further escalated tensions in the region, with TRF being linked to the Pakistan-based terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. Salman’s emotional reaction reflects the anger and sorrow felt by many across the nation over this senseless act of violence.
