June 1, 2025: Actress Eiza González had nothing but kind words when asked about her former flame Timothée Chalamet and his high-profile relationship with Kylie Jenner during a recent segment of Cosmopolitan’s “Cheap Shots.”
“I’m obsessed with them, and I love Timmy,” said the Fountain of Youth star, praising Chalamet as “the most talented, sweetest boy.” She added, “I’m just so proud to see him thriving and doing great in his career, and we’re just good friends.”

González, 35, even admitted to liking a photo of Chalamet and Jenner together on Instagram. “They looked so cute together,” she said. “They look so in love and so cute.”
While she gracefully dodged a question about “what really went down” between her and the Dune star, she laughed it off and kept things light.
The two were briefly linked in June 2020 after being spotted kissing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Chalamet and Jenner reportedly began dating in April 2023 and recently made their red carpet debut in Rome after nearly two years together.
As for González, she’s moved on and is currently dating Bulgarian tennis pro Grigor Dimitrov, whom she revealed slid into her DMs in the most charming way. “It was such a gentleman message,” she said, adding, “I gave him a shot and here we are!”
