October 9, 2025: YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav recently made a spiritual pilgrimage to Vrindavan to visit the revered saint Premanand Ji Maharaj, who is battling severe health issues. The emotional meeting culminated in the social media star pledging to chant the divine name ‘Radha’ 10,000 times daily.

The interaction, shared in a video by the official page Bhajan Marg Official, saw Elvish expressing concern over the saint’s deteriorating health, which recently forced him to postpone his daily Pad Yatra.

Premanand Ji Maharaj, whose two kidneys have failed, responded to the health inquiry with profound acceptance. “What can I say about my health now? Both my kidneys have failed. But by God’s grace, I can still meet and speak with you all… There’s nothing left to fix, today or tomorrow, we all must go.”

A Spiritual Command and a Pledge

During the conversation, the spiritual leader inquired if Elvish—who boasts over 15 million YouTube subscribers—practiced chanting the divine name. Upon Elvish’s confession that he did not, Premanand Ji Maharaj gave him a direct command.

“You should do it, even a little. You’re successful today because of your past good deeds. But what about today? Chant God’s name, what will you lose? Wear a counter ring and chant 10,000 times daily. Will you do it?”

Elvish humbly agreed, promising to chant “Radha” 10,000 times every day.

Premanand Ji Maharaj used the moment to highlight the immense influence public figures like Elvish wield over India’s youth. He warned that if a famous personality engages in negative habits, they are widely imitated. Similarly, if they embrace spirituality, their millions of followers will be inspired to follow suit.
