April 14, 2025: After generating buzz with the intense trailer of Ground Zero, the makers have now released the film’s first song — So Lene De. The track is an emotional tribute to the silent battles, unwavering courage, and sacrifices of those who serve the nation selflessly.

The soul-stirring composition reflects the inner turmoil and strength of men in uniform. Set against the backdrop of 2000s Kashmir, the film stars Emraan Hashmi as BSF officer Narendra Nath Dubey — the real-life hero who led the operation to neutralize terrorist mastermind Ghazi Baba.

At the trailer launch event in Mumbai, Emraan shared his thoughts on portraying a character based on a real-life figure. “There’s a saying — truth is stranger than fiction — and it couldn’t be more fitting for this film. When I met Mr. Dubey, I told him, your story is more cinematic than most movies. The way our BSF officers executed this mission is nothing short of extraordinary,” he said.

Ground Zero is directed by Tejas Deoskar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under Excel Entertainment. The film is co-produced by Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy.
