Fans Go Wild as Lady Gaga Performs ‘Zombieboy’ and Does the Wednesday Dance at Netflix’s Tudum

June 1, 2025: Pop icon Lady Gaga brought gothic glam and high drama to Netflix’s Tudum 2025 event, delivering a jaw-dropping performance that lit up the stage and thrilled fans of the streamer’s hit shows. Emerging from a coffin, Gaga opened her surprise set with eerie renditions of “Abracadabra,” “Zombieboy,” and “Bloody Mary”, flanked by creepy, corpse-like dancers straight out of a Tim Burton fantasy.

The singer’s performance paid tribute to Netflix’s smash-hit series “Wednesday”, in which she will appear in the upcoming Season 2. Gaga even danced to the viral “Goo Goo Muck” routine from Season 1, performing alongside lookalikes of Wednesday Addams, Lurch, and Thing, the disembodied hand.

Gaga’s Role in ‘Wednesday’ Season 2

Later this year, Gaga will officially join the world of Wednesday as Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary Nevermore Academy teacher who crosses paths with Jenna Ortega’s psychic sleuth. Netflix confirmed Gaga’s casting alongside a star-studded list of guest stars for the second season, including:

  • Christopher Lloyd (The Addams Family)
  • Joanna Lumley (Absolutely Fabulous)
  • Thandiwe Newton (Westworld)
  • Frances O’Connor (The Twelve)
  • Haley Joel Osment (Somebody I Used to Know)
  • Heather Matarazzo (The Princess Diaries)
  • Joonas Suotamo (The Acolyte)

Season 2 of Wednesday will launch in two parts on Netflix:

  • Part 1: August 6
  • Part 2: September 3

Lady Gaga’s Musical Return Continues

Fresh off international shows in Mexico, Brazil, and Singapore, Gaga’s Tudum appearance came on the heels of her return to Coachella earlier this year. Her performances from her new album “Mayhem” — including “Vanish Into You” and “Killah” — were staged in theatrical acts, with iconic throwbacks like “Born This Way” and “Poker Face” mixed in.

Up next, she’ll launch the highly anticipated Mayhem Ball tour in Las Vegas this July.

Tudum 2025: Netflix’s Biggest Stars Take the Stage

Hosted by Sofia Carson, Netflix’s Tudum 2025 event was held live at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The lineup featured stars and sneak peeks from major titles like:

  • Stranger Things
  • Frankenstein
  • Happy Gilmore 2
  • America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
  • WWE Originals and more.

Since 2020, Tudum has grown into a global celebration of all things Netflix, and this year’s event raised the bar with its A-list talent and fan-first energy.
