June 18, 2025 –After dominating the box office and becoming the most successful film in the Final Destination franchise, Final Destination: Bloodlines is now making its way to digital platforms. Warner Bros. Discovery has officially confirmed that the horror hit will be released on premium video-on-demand (PVOD) on Tuesday, June 17. About the Movie

Directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, with a script by Guy Busick and Lori Evans, the R-rated horror film stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana in the lead. She is joined by Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Brec Bassinger, and franchise icon Tony Todd.

Plot Synopsis:
In 1968, Iris Campbell narrowly escapes a catastrophic event at the Sky View restaurant. But Death never forgets. Decades later, her granddaughter Stefani Reyes begins having terrifying visions, discovering that her bloodline is cursed. As members of the family die in bizarre accidents, Stefani joins forces with her family and the mysterious mortician Bludworth to try and outwit Death itself—again.
