First Look of Rashmika Mandanna in ‘Kubera’ Unveiled

The makers of the highly anticipated social drama ‘Kubera’ have finally unveiled an intriguing glimpse of Rashmika Mandanna. A few days ago, they teased fans with a poster of Rashmika’s look, and now they have released a video offering a sneak peek into her character.

Taking to Instagram, Rashmika shared her first look video. The video opens with Rashmika walking through a jungle, holding an iron rod. She is then seen digging into the ground and retrieving a suitcase filled with money. Her character appears pleased as she gazes at the money before walking away with the bag.

“Kubera,” she captioned the post.

As soon as the first look was released, fans flocked to the comment section. One user wrote, “Mind blowing,” while another commented, “Looks something very different.” Another fan added, “This is going to be crazy.”

In May, the makers also unveiled the first look of Nagarjuna Akkineni. The video shows Nagarjuna walking under an umbrella in heavy rain, surrounded by trucks full of currency notes. He picks up a wet Rs 500 note from the floor and adds it to a pile of money, symbolizing the film’s title, Kubera, the god of wealth. Dressed in a shirt, trousers, and glasses, Nagarjuna’s look has significantly raised expectations for the social drama.

Actor Dhanush’s avatar in the film has also received positive feedback from audiences.

‘Kubera’ boasts an ensemble cast including Dhanush, King Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh. The film is jointly produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under the Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd banner. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, ‘Kubera’ is a pan-India multilingual film being shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu.

Regarding Rashmika’s other projects, she will also be seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan in ‘Sikandar,’ directed by A.R. Murugadoss. The film is set to release next Eid and is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala.
