Washington [US], April 1: In a groundbreaking reveal at CinemaCon, Sony Pictures and acclaimed director Sam Mendes have officially announced the cast and release timeline for their highly anticipated Beatles biopic project — a cinematic first-of-its-kind four-film saga, with each film dedicated to one of the legendary musicians of the Fab Four.
Scheduled for a simultaneous theatrical release in April 2028, the ambitious project will chronicle the individual stories of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr, offering fans a deep dive into their lives beyond the stage.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, director Mendes said,
