December 15, 2024: Anees Bazmee, the celebrated film director and screenwriter, marked 45 glorious years in the Hindi film industry with a star-studded event in Mumbai on Saturday night. The gathering, which turned into a grand celebration of his cinematic journey, saw a stunning turnout of Bollywood stars, filmmakers, and industry veterans, all coming together to honor Bazmee’s invaluable contributions to Indian cinema.
Among the prominent attendees were Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Kartik Aaryan, Anupam Kher, Jackie Shroff, Govinda, Sushmita Sen, and many others. The evening was a tribute to Bazmee’s work, which includes iconic films like ‘No Entry’, ‘Welcome’, ‘Singh is Kinng’, and more.

The film, which released on Diwali 2023, has seen great box-office success despite facing a clash with Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’. It is the third film in the popular ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ franchise, following the success of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ (2007) and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ (2022).
