From Parathas to Puns: Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi’s Chandni Chowk Vlog Features Hilarious SS Rajamouli Joke

Actors Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi explored Delhi’s iconic Paranthe Wali Gali for their latest YouTube vlog, which turned nostalgic for Archana’s college days and featured a witty pun by Parmeet on filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli.

A Nostalgic Food Adventure in Old Delhi

Bollywood couple Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi recently took their fans on a delightful and nostalgic journey through Old Delhi’s famous Chandni Chowk for their latest YouTube vlog. The trip was a homecoming of sorts for Archana, who spent her school and college years in the capital city.

Joined by their son, Ayushmaan Sethi, the trio spent a fun-filled day navigating the bustling lanes and sampling local delicacies, with a special focus on the renowned Paranthe Wali Gali.

The family’s vlogs, which frequently feature food adventures, travel, and light-hearted challenges, have become highly popular with fans for their candid and entertaining dynamic.

Parmeet Sethi’s Witty ‘Mooli’ Pun

The vlog took a humorous turn during their rickshaw ride to the famous lane. Archana started by listing the traditional parathas they planned to try, mentioning, “Today you’ll see us try all kinds of parathas—gobhi, mooli…”

Parmeet, with a mischievous smile, interrupted, “Mooli ka paratha reminded me of something!”

He then delivered a witty pun that left Archana in splits:

“The mooli from the North is quite famous, but lately, moolis from other places are also becoming popular! Like Goa ki mooli—guacamole! And a mooli from the South is also famous—Rajamouli!”

Archana, who has actually collaborated with the veteran director, immediately addressed the camera and apologized playfully: “I’ve actually worked with SS Rajamouli. Hello sir! If you’re watching this, maaf kar dena, humne mazaak kiya hai aapke naam par (please forgive us, we were just joking about your name)!”

The Verdict on Paranthe Wali Gali

After exploring and sampling a variety of deep-fried parathas from different shops in the historic alley, the Sethi family finally delivered their verdict, declaring Moolchand as their top pick from the famous food street.

In terms of her recent work, Archana Puran Singh was most recently seen on Kapil Sharma’s Netflix comedy show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. She also appeared in Karan Johar’s film Nadaaniyan, which starred Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor and was released on Netflix.
