Slow Advance Bookings
As of January 8, the film has sold approximately 3,000 tickets in the top three national chains—PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis—for its Hindi opening day. Among these, PVR Inox leads with around 2,000 tickets, while Cinepolis has sold 750 tickets.
Despite the star power of Ram Charan, the film is facing a tepid response outside its Telugu home market. With just one day left before release, Game Changer is expected to close pre-sales at around 10,000 tickets for the Hindi version.

Box Office Expectations
The makers have scheduled the film’s Hindi release across 2,000 screens. However, given its current buzz, it is projected to open with collections ranging from ₹2.25 crore to ₹3 crore in the Hindi-speaking regions. The film’s fate hinges on positive word-of-mouth after its first shows, which could potentially turn its fortunes around.
Clash With Other Releases
In the Hindi belt, Game Changer will compete with Sonu Sood’s directorial debut, Fateh. Meanwhile, in the Telugu market, the film will face stiff competition from Daaku Maharaaj, releasing on January 12. Moreover, the movie’s Hindi promotional efforts have been minimal, making it a token release in the North circuit.
Comparison With Other South Films
While Game Changer carries high expectations, its Hindi opening is anticipated to be significantly lower than that of Jr. NTR’s Devara Part 1, which boasts stronger buzz and pre-sales.
About the Film
Game Changer is billed as a high-budget political actioner with Ram Charan in the lead role, supported by Kiara Advani and SJ Suryah. The film promises a mix of gripping action and intense drama, though its current performance at the box office will depend on its ability to resonate with audiences beyond the Telugu-speaking regions.
