Ganesh Chaturthi 2024 : Sonu Sood Calls For Eco-Friendly Celebrations

Actor Sonu Sood, known for his humanitarian efforts, has urged fans to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in an environmentally conscious way.

The Dabangg star emphasized the importance of opting for eco-friendly methods during the festive period. He encouraged people to bring home eco-friendly idols and ensure the celebrations do not harm the environment.

Ganesh Chaturthi is a joyous ten-day festival marked by traditions such as bringing Ganesh idols into homes, fasting, preparing offerings, and visiting pandals. The festival will culminate on Anantha Chaturdashi, with grand celebrations taking place across India.

On the professional front, Sonu Sood is gearing up for his directorial debut with Fateh, which is set to release on January 10, 2025. Starring alongside Jacqueline Fernandez, Sood expressed his hopes for the film’s success, calling it a special project. He is seeking Lord Ganesha’s blessings for the film, hoping for “Fateh ki fateh” (victory for Fateh).
