Garcelle Beauvais Exits ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ After Season 14

The actress and producer says she’s stepping away to focus on her family and new Hollywood projects, but hints she may return in the future

Los Angeles, March 26: Garcelle Beauvais is officially bidding farewell to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The actress and reality star announced her departure ahead of the Season 14 finale, sharing the emotional news via an Instagram video on Tuesday morning.

“So I have some news,” Beauvais said. “I’ve decided to leave Beverly Hills. It’s been a wild ride — full of amazing and challenging moments — but ultimately, it’s time for me to step away.”

Citing her family and flourishing career as the key reasons, Beauvais explained she wants to be more present for her twin sons as they enter their final year of high school, and also support her son Jade as he embarks on a new career.

“And secondly, I have the most exciting projects that I am developing, producing and acting in,” she teased. “I can’t tell you anything right now, but you’ll know soon.”

Beauvais joined the Bravo franchise in 2020 and quickly became a fan favorite. In her video, she thanked Andy Cohen, the production crew, Bravo, NBCUniversal, Evolution Media, and her castmates — “the ladies” — for the experience.

“Andy Cohen says I can come back anytime. The door will always be open, so you never know — I might pop back in sometime,” she added, leaving fans hopeful.

She also extended heartfelt gratitude to her fanbase.

“You guys have cheered me on, supported me, and sometimes even fought for me. It means a lot,” she said. “This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later — so, see you later.”

Bravo has confirmed the news to The Hollywood Reporter, with sources emphasizing that Beauvais made the decision on her own terms.

Her exit follows the taping of the Season 14 reunion special on February 28, which begins airing next week. Beauvais’ journey on the show included powerful moments of vulnerability and advocacy — especially after her teenage son was subjected to online harassment during Season 12, which sparked strong fan support.

Offscreen, she has steadily been building her resume as a producer and actress. Recent projects include starring in and producing Black Girl Missing and Tempted by Love on Lifetime. Her acting credits also include Spider-Man: Homecoming and Coming 2 America.

Beauvais was part of the Season 14 cast alongside Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John, and recurring members Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly.
