He was shot and killed at his home in Snellville on Friday. TMZ says that the shooting happened after an argument. One individual has been arrested and is being questioned by the police, but the reason for the attack is still unknown.
First responders took the rapper to a nearby hospital, but sadly, he died from his injuries. Police in Gwinnett County are looking at the case as a murder.
Yulanda, T-Hood’s mother, told TMZ that her son was shot in the residence where he lived, but she said there wasn’t a party going on at the time. The revelation has shocked the whole community. T-Hood was a well-known rapper with hits like “Ready 2 Go,” “Big Booty,” and “No Secret.” He has also just won the Trendsetter of the Year award at the Black Only Awards 2025.

Deedotwill, a music producer who often works with T-Hood, too conveyed his anguish. He said, “We were just on the phone all day. I can’t believe you’re gone.” “I LOVE YOU BROTHER” REST IN PEACE T-HOOD.
