Jamnagar holds a profound significance for both Anant and Radhika. Earlier this year, in March 2024, the town was the venue for their pre-wedding celebrations. It is a place rich in personal and family history for Anant; his grandmother, Kokilaben Ambani, was born in Jamnagar, and it is where his grandfather, Dhirubhai Ambani, and father, Mukesh Ambani, began their business journey.

During one of the pre-wedding events, Radhika shared heartfelt insights about their connection to Jamnagar. The celebrations continued with a blessing ceremony on July 13, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and a reception on July 14, marking the joyous union of the Ambani and Merchant families.
