‘Ground Zero’ Teaser: Emraan Hashmi Leads High-Stakes Mission , A Real-Life Inspired War Thriller, Take A Look!

March 28, 2025: Emraan Hashmi stars in Ground Zero, a gripping war thriller based on real events, set in Kashmir. Directed by Tejas Deoskar, the film follows the journey of BSF Deputy Commandant Narendra Nath Dubey, played by Emraan, as he leads a high-stakes mission to hunt down a terrorist mastermind. The mission is inspired by one of the Border Security Force’s most remarkable operations.

The film’s teaser, released recently, opens with a chilling message from the terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed threatening the Indian Prime Minister. It quickly escalates into an attack on Indian soldiers, resulting in the death of 70 men. The story then introduces Emraan as Dubey, a real-life hero who was responsible for eliminating the terrorist Ghazi Baba in 2003, an act that earned him the Kirti Chakra, one of India’s highest military honors.

The teaser builds the intensity as Dubey asks a crucial question: “Sirf Kashmir ki zameen humaari hai ya yahan ke log bhi?” (Is it only the land of Kashmir that belongs to us, or do the people here also belong to us?). The line sets the tone for a story of bravery, sacrifice, and the cost of national security.

Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment, Ground Zero promises to be an action-packed, emotionally charged film. Sai Tamhankar also stars in a supporting role. The film is slated to release on April 25, 2025, and promises a tense, heart-pounding cinematic experience.

Emraan Hashmi, who was last seen as the antagonist in Tiger 3, continues to challenge his acting range with this intense role. Along with Ground Zero, the actor has Goodachari 2 and Awarapan 2 lined up, keeping his fans eagerly awaiting his next projects.
