Guru Randhawa Tweet Hints At Potential “Issue” With T-Series

January 4, 2025: Guru Randhawa has hinted at some ongoing issues with music label T-Series, but reassured his fans that the situation will be resolved soon. The singer and actor, best known for hits like “Lahore” and “Patola”, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Friday to address the rumors after a fan accused T-Series of allegedly restricting him from working independently or collaborating with other labels.

In his post, Guru wrote:
“Big people face big problems. The issue will get resolved in a few days and we will come back stronger than ever. This year will be full of music and movies. Just gearing up. I hardly speak about all these issues but yeah, it’s time to address and let you all know what’s happening at the backend from the past 1.5 years. But yes, hopefully, it will get resolved and things will be sorted in a nicer way. Till then spread love. God is the greatest.”

Guru’s statement suggests that while there have been behind-the-scenes struggles, he is confident the situation will improve shortly. He has not gone into specific details, but his fans can rest assured that he intends to return to the music scene with even greater energy.

This post follows a period of relative silence on Guru’s part regarding the issue, but he emphasized that the time had come to speak out. Guru expressed his optimism that things would be sorted “in a nicer way” and that he is just preparing for the big year ahead, which will include more music and movies.

Despite this current challenge, Guru has continued to collaborate with international artists in 2024. One of his major collaborations this year was with Rick Ross for the track “Rich Life”. In a press note shared by his team, Guru shared his excitement for the collaboration, calling it “an unforgettable journey” working with Rick Ross and DJ Shadow. The track is described as an experimental mix that blends different styles, and Guru expressed his hope that audiences would resonate with it.

Guru Randhawa’s international presence has been growing, as evidenced by his collaboration with the American electric duo The Chainsmokers and Jonita Gandhi for the song “Addicted.” The track, which also features Brazilian DJ Zerb and German producer Ink, combines sleek Punjabi verses with English lyrics, infusing Indian flavor into Western music. It is expected to be a major hit for the artist, who is known for his ability to fuse Punjabi music with global sounds.

Guru Randhawa’s hit songs, such as “High Rated Gabru” and “Patola”, have firmly established him as one of the most prominent figures in Indian music, and fans are clearly excited about his future projects. Despite the current challenges with T-Series, it seems that 2024 will be a landmark year for the artist, with more music and potential movie roles on the horizon.
