The Oscar-winning actress and wellness mogul, 52, was spotted basking in the Italian sun aboard a luxury yacht off the coast of Capri on Wednesday. Dressed in a sleek black one-piece swimsuit and oversized sunglasses, the Goop founder looked effortlessly radiant and relaxed.

Paltrow’s look was reportedly makeup-free, her long blonde hair later tied into a bun as she dried off with a towel before heading out for dinner. For the evening, she changed into a black maxi dress paired with a Gucci raffia bag, keeping the vibe elegant and easy.

No More Food Rules

The trip comes just a month after Paltrow revealed she has moved away from her notoriously rigid Paleo diet. In a candid episode of her Goop podcast, she confessed to finally indulging in “sourdough bread, cheese, and a little bit of pasta” after years of cutting out dairy, sugar, and grains.

“There, I said it,” she joked, acknowledging that she had once been “a little bit didactical” in her wellness approach.

It’s unclear whether husband Brad Falchuk, 54, has also ditched the diet, but the pair — married since 2018 — appeared to be enjoying their Mediterranean break alongside a few close friends.

Blended Families & Friendly Exes

Paltrow shares daughter Apple, 21, and son Moses, 19, with her ex-husband Chris Martin, whom she famously “consciously uncoupled” from in 2014. News of her beachside bliss came just as headlines swirled about Martin’s reported breakup with actress Dakota Johnson.
