What Actually Happened?
On Sunday, March 30, eagle-eyed fans noticed Hailey’s name missing from Justin’s Instagram followers list. The timing raised eyebrows as Justin had posted several erratic videos the night before, appearing shirtless and rapping — but also swaying, with droopy eyelids, leading to renewed fan concern over his well-being.

According to a source quoted by Page Six, the unfollow was likely not deliberate but instead a “Meta glitch” caused by the account’s deactivation and reactivation. Similar issues have been reported by other users — even longtime fans who found they were no longer shown as following Justin.
