Heidi Klum Divorced Again! Her Love Story With Tom Kaulitz Began Boldly—But Ended Quietly
May 5, 2025 | After more than five years of marriage, Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz have officially gone their separate ways. The supermodel and TV host, known for her high-profile relationships, and the Tokio Hotel guitarist, 16 years her junior, quietly finalized their divorce, closing a chapter that began with passion, PDA, and two weddings.

The couple’s relationship began in early 2018, when they were spotted kissing on the set of America’s Got Talent. It didn’t take long before they made it red-carpet official, attending the amfAR Gala in Cannes that May. The whirlwind continued with a December 2018 engagement, just a year after they began dating.

Klum and Kaulitz had not one, but two weddings—a secret legal ceremony in early 2019, followed by a lavish celebration aboard a yacht in Capri, Italy, that August.
Both Klum and Kaulitz hail from Germany, a bond that deepened their connection. In a 2021 interview, Klum revealed that Tom gifted her a piece of the Berlin Wall, now displayed in their garden as a symbol of love and shared history.
Tom, known for co-founding the rock band Tokio Hotel with his twin brother Bill Kaulitz, maintained a presence in entertainment through the band’s music and their podcast Kaulitz Hills — Mustard from Hollywood. The Kaulitz twins even starred in a Netflix reality series, Kaulitz & Kaulitz.
Klum often supported her husband’s creative projects—including loaning him a dress for one of his music videos.
Though the couple marked their five-year anniversary in February 2024, sources say the relationship had quietly cooled. Despite their efforts to maintain privacy, the split has now been confirmed.
Klum, who was previously married to Seal from 2005 to 2014 and shares four children with him, has not issued a public statement about the divorce.
