Hilarious Posters of ‘Bad Newz’ Revealed

Excitement is building for the upcoming romantic comedy-drama ‘Bad Newz,’ starring Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. The makers have just unveiled new posters ahead of the trailer release, sparking enthusiasm among fans. Vicky Kaushal shared these posters on Instagram, giving everyone a sneak peek into the film’s hilarious premise.

In the first poster, Triptii Dimri, dressed in a sleek black dress, flaunts her baby bump while Vicky and Ammy sit on either side of her. The second poster captures a comedic scene where Vicky and Ammy are seen playfully knocking each other down, with a pregnant Triptii caught in the middle. The words “Aap Dono He Baap Hain” are prominently displayed on the poster, hinting at the comedic chaos that awaits.

Sharing the posters, Vicky wrote, “Yeh one in a million nahi… one in a billion hai! Get ready for this rare comedy inspired by true events! #BadNewz TRAILER OUT TOMORROW!!! In cinemas 19th July!”

Fans can look forward to the trailer release on June 28. Vicky has been keeping the excitement alive by sharing a hilarious video teasing the trailer update. Following a popular Instagram trend, Vicky creatively linked an old video with his twist. The video starts with a chair being blasted into the air, with the person sitting on it flying off. Then, Vicky is seen falling onto his couch, creating the illusion of a continuous sequence. In the video, he announces, “Ek good news hai. Bad Newz trailer jaldi aa raha hai.”

Sharing the video, Vicky wrote, “Taiyaar ho jaao, Trailer aa raha hai apna!!! #BadNewz.” The film was announced in March, and Vicky delighted fans by sharing a series of posters featuring Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. On Instagram, he wrote, “Bringing in the only good news this Monday… and it’s #BadNewz! Expect the unexpected filled with masti, mazaa aur bohot saara confusion! In cinemas on 19th July 2024!”

‘Bad Newz,’ previously titled ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam,’ marks the first collaboration between Vicky, Triptii, and Ammy. Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film also stars Neha Dhupia. The cast wrapped up shooting in July 2023, and the film is set to hit theatres on July 19.

Apart from ‘Bad Newz,’ Vicky Kaushal was last seen in ‘Sam Bahadur.’ He will next share the screen with Rashmika Mandanna in ‘Chhava,’ where he portrays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, and Rashmika plays his wife, Yesubai Bhonsale.
