HIT 3 Box Office Day 6: At Budget of ₹70 Cr., Nani's Flick Still ₹11.59 Cr Short Despite Impressive Run
May 8, 2025: Nani’s HIT 3, despite being one of the strongest performers in Telugu cinema this year, is still short of full budget recovery. As of Day 6, the cop thriller has earned ₹58.41 crore at the box office, leaving it ₹11.59 crore away from recovering its ₹70 crore production budget.
The film, directed by Sailesh Kolanu, opened with a massive ₹21 crore on Day 1, but has since seen a steady decline. Tuesday, May 6, brought in ₹2.61 crore — the film’s lowest single-day total so far.

| Day 3 (Sat) | ₹10.40 Cr |

Nani’s film is just ₹7.65 crore away from surpassing Thandel and climbing up to 4th spot.
If HIT 3 maintains a steady pace for a few more days, it could breach the break-even point. However, with new releases and weekday fatigue, its margin for error is slim.
