HIT 3 Box Office Day 7: With a Budget of ₹70 Cr. Nani’s Thriller Slows Down After Big Opening
Hyderabad | May 7, 2025:
HIT: The Third Case, starring Nani as the lead investigator in the latest entry of the HIT Universe, is showing signs of a midweek slowdown at the box office after a powerful extended opening weekend.
According to early data from Sacnilk, the film’s India net box office collection over six days stands at ₹58.41 crore, with Wednesday’s figures still being updated.
Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT 3 continues the narrative arc established in The First Case and The Second Case, this time featuring Nani as SP Arjun Sarkaar. The thriller follows his investigation into a dark web-linked criminal syndicate, unfolding across Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Jammu & Kashmir.
The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Komalee Prasad, and Ravindra Vijay, and is produced under Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions.
Despite an impressive start, HIT 3’s earnings dropped significantly from Monday onward—a common trend for most releases post-holiday debuts. The upcoming second weekend will be critical for the film’s longevity at the box office.
Industry experts suggest that with new releases on the horizon, HIT 3 will need strong word-of-mouth and repeat viewership to sustain its box office run.
