Honey Singh Drops Energetic Track ‘Money Money’ for Ajay Devgn’s ‘Raid 2’
Mumbai, April 22:
The makers of Raid 2 have unveiled their latest track Money Money, a vibrant, foot-tapping number by none other than Yo Yo Honey Singh. Featuring Ajay Devgn, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Honey Singh himself, the song brings glamour, swag, and full-blown energy ahead of the film’s release.
The track was launched at a high-voltage event in Mumbai attended by Ajay Devgn, Honey Singh, and producer Bhushan Kumar, alongside co-producers Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Krishan Kumar, and director Raj Kumar Gupta.
The video blends high-stakes intensity with style, offering glimpses of the lavish world in which the film’s plot unfolds. It adds a peppy twist to the action thriller and further amps up anticipation for the film’s release.
Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid 2 picks up where the 2018 hit left off, with Ajay Devgn reprising his role as fearless IRS officer Amay Patnaik. This time, he confronts a powerful political adversary, played by Riteish Deshmukh, in a battle to eradicate black money.
The film also stars Vaani Kapoor, Supriya Pathak, Saurabh Shukla, Amit Sial, and features another groovy dance number titled Nasha starring Tamannaah Bhatia.
The original Raid was based on a real-life income tax operation from the 1980s and was praised for its gripping storyline. With Raid 2, the makers promise an even more thrilling ride, laced with slick music, intense drama, and punchy dialogues.
Catch Raid 2 in cinemas on May 1, 2025.
