
‘House of the Dragon’ Season 3 Expands Cast with Barry Sloane, Tom Cullen, and Joplin Sibtain

The upcoming third season of HBO’s ‘House of the Dragon’ is getting even more intense, with Barry Sloane, Tom Cullen, and Joplin Sibtain officially joining the cast, according to Variety. The new season of the Game of Thrones prequel promises more power struggles and battlefield drama in Westeros.
Based on George R.R. Martin’s “Fire & Blood”, House of the Dragon is set nearly 200 years before Game of Thrones and chronicles the fiery rise and fall of House Targaryen.
New additions previously announced for Season 3 include James Norton as Ormund Hightower, Tommy Flanagan as Lord Roderick Dustin, and Dan Fogler as Ser Torrhen Manderly.
After two highly successful seasons—Season 1 averaging over 29 million viewers per episode—House of the Dragon is poised to continue its reign as HBO’s fantasy juggernaut.
